The representative of the Social Development Bank, Saad Al Sahali said that the bank designed
Masarat program to support the young men
and girls who have the desire and ambition of self employment and success toward self independence by owning
their own business.
Al Sahali said in a lecture organized by Asharqia Chamber in cooperation with the Bank titled (lecture financing of small and
medium projects opportunities) in its branch in Khafji on Wednesday,
December 21, 2016 that Masarat is characterized
by its comprehensiveness
for all business activities, without specifying a particular activity which
gives a bigger opportunity to the owners
of ideas to choose what suits their preferences and abilities.

Sahali pointed that the projects that have been financed in the end of 2015 with
the amount of 31.321 projects, valuing 4.677 million, and the number of projects owned
by men are 10 791 worth of
2.392 million, while the total number of projects women own in 2238 valuing 611 million riyals, varied in
various specialties including: wholesale trade and repairing vehicles and
industrial activities, housing services, food, transportation and storage.
